• Small: fits necks up to 13”

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

• Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
• We cannot accept returns after 31 days
• All returns will be charged a $4.99 restocking fee. This fee applies per order not per item returned.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded your amount of purchase along with any applicable sales tax.
