Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with the original product tags, and in the same condition in which you received it.

• Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
• We cannot accept returns after 31 days

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded your amount of purchase along with any applicable sales tax. 

EXCHANGES 

To exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at support@pinkpapyrus.com. Include your order number, the item that you want exchanged, and the new size that you would like.

If the item is currently in stock in the size that you would like, we will happily process an exchange for you.

In order to complete the process, you will need to return the item that you currently have that you would like exchanged. Once you have submitted the tracking number for your return (and it shows that the item is in transit), we will ship out the new exchanged item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us, and we will be responsible for the cost of shipping out the new item to you.
