SIZING & FIT
There are no standard collar sizes. We strongly recommend measuring your dog's neck to ensure ordering an accurate collar size.
- Extra Small: 8 - 12” (5/8” wide)
- Small: 11 - 16” (5/8” wide)
- Medium: 13 - 19” (1” wide)
- Large: 18 - 28” (1” wide)
Measure your pup's neck with a soft tape measure, pulling the tape snug but not tight. Don't have a tape measure? No problem! Use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler.
Allow sufficient room to slip two fingers between the collar and your pup's neck.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
- We cannot accept returns after 31 days
- All returns will be charged a $4.99 restocking fee. This fee applies per order not per item returned.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded your amount of purchase along with any applicable sales tax.
